• Notes: Mark James and the Country Sunset Band will be performing at Island Pizza on Friday from 7-10 PM. The 4 piece band consists of Mark James on guitars and vocals and Carl Belcastro on bass joined by drummer/vocalist Rick Cataldi and “The Legend” Tommy Vollmer on pedal steel guitar. This is the same lineup from last year’s Hills At Lockridge park concert in Macungie. The repertoire will be “Summertime Country Music with a Tropical Twist” featuring many of your Wednesday night favorites with a full band treatment. The pedal steel guitar adds that sweet traditional country sound to all the material and there will be a few instrumental features to showcase why they call Tommy “The Legend.” Rick Cataldi brings both lead and harmony vocals along with his strong drumming skills, adding another dynamic and some classic tunes to round out the performance. Lots of good times and good music on the deck…
